We couldn't miss an opportunity to visit 'Hobbiton', the film set for the scenes from 'the Hobbit' and the 'lord of the Rings' trilogy. It was a fantastic tour quite early (0815 start), but I will largely let the photographs speak for themselves.
Driving out to the area from Hamilton, it was clear we were nearing 'The Shire'!
