Waiau Falls, Tairua, and back to Hamilton for ...home-made Pizzas! (26th Jan).

Today we left the bach, and began the drive home to Hamilton.

On taking our rubbish to the tip, I saw this great trio of images for an ecology set of prints /canvasses!

After this we drove back to Hamilton via Wairau Falls and then stopped at Tairua.

The falls were beautiful, and set in the green hills of the Coromandel.

The drive out of the Cormandel was via an un-surfaced road which was 'very rural'.

Tairua was very pretty and we stopped for lunch (which tasted great was wasn't exactly 'fast food'!

After arriving back at Hamilton, we went to Lynn and Arthur's house for dinner. We made home-made pizzas in Arthur's Pizza over after a huge rain-storm. (Check out the video on the 'videos' page!) I made pepperoni pizza, and Julie made a vege-feast and ham pizza!
